$200 deposit is required for back water and $400 deposit is required for Tarpon. The max number of anglers = 4 anglers+captain
Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel up to 30 days prior to their Inshore/Nearshore charter without penalty or 90 Days for tarpon cancelations without penalty CUSTOMER WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT IF LESS THAN 29 DAYS INSHORE or 89 DAYS FOR TARPON CHARTER. No-shows will be charged for the full price of their scheduled trip to the credit card used for deposit. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us right away and we will try our best to reschedule your trip for a time that will be both convenient and productive. The captain may cancel at any time with regard to emergency & safety (vessel condition, weather, etc.). Deposit will be fully refunded if the captain is forced to cancel. If charter has begun, your final balance will be prorated by the captain, depending on the circumstances.
